Weight loss!

So happy to report that with the new diet and exercise plan, I've lost 8 lbs in the last two weeks!  I've been able to stick with the plan without issues.  The exercising has been going really well - friends have been helping me stay on track which has been such a blessing!

Reading has been going a bit slowly.  I have been knitting a lot instead.  Still working through all the WIPs though i'm now trying to also do mini projects here and there - not enough to take away from the long term WIPs but good enough to keep things from getting stale.
