This past Thursday I went to see a personal trainer and she kicked my ass! We definitely noticed in my exercises the same issues I've been trying to work on - the core needs strengthens and the legs, especially the quads also. The issue with my arms seems to be coming from weak back muscles which I was surprised by but glad that the issue has been identified.
I'm going to see her again on Tuesday and maybe get on a weekly schedule. She also advised to do cardio 6 times a week since the job is sedentary. She does not do dance only boring cardio so I think I'll do cardio on my own. I will have to work up to 6 days a week for 45 mins though.
