Banana and one spoon peanut butter
2 Green tea
7 glass water
Eggplant w rice
Veggie stir fry w veggie meat

1 green tea
Veggies stir fry w veggie meat

Food:
4 glass water
1 green tea
Bagel w cream cheese
1 mint tea
2 slices veggie pizza
Veggie stir fry

Activity:
MA 20 mins

Monday:
Food:
Egg and potato burrito w salsa
Tofu coconut curry
5 glasses water

Activity:
30 mins rebounder
